Return Policy

A customer seeking to make a return must within 30 days from purchase date return the unused part(s). The part(s) may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Part(s) must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. All shipping costs are to be covered by the customer. The part(s) to be returned must have a Return Authorization Letter provided by us. This letter is required in order to receive full credit on the part sought to be returned. The letter does not need to be included in the return packaging. The determination of refundable credit will be assessed upon arrival of and condition of the part(s).

Return Authorization Letter

In order to get authorization for returns, the customer must request a Return Authorization Letter. We require images of the part to ensure it is in good condition, the original packaging is intact, and the invoice providing the date of purchase. Pringle Robotics reserves the right to deny or issue you a Return Authorization Letter following an assessment by the Pringle Robotics team of your request for an authorization letter. Pringle Robotics will not issue Return Authorization Letters for parts containing electrical components.

What can void the return?

If the customer fails to provide a Return Authorization Letter along with the part sought to be returned, the return will be deemed void. If the part was altered, deformed, or used in any way, the return will be deemed void. If the part(s) has an electronic component, the return will be deemed void. Obsolete or discontinued parts cannot be returned. Depending on the state of the part, you may be eligible for a warranty request.

Specific orders

If the part(s) were sourced at the customer’s request, the part(s) in question may NOT be returned.

Shipping Policy

All shipments from Pringle Robotics are through UPS (for smaller parts) and R+L Carriers (for larger parts). The estimated delivery will be provided upon receipt of order.

Standard 1YR on all mechanical and electronic components (based on support model selected)

Privacy Policy

Any user interacting with our site and providing with name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, domain name or URL or any other personally identifiable information permits Pringle Robotics to use such information for commercial purposes of its own, including contacting Users about products and services which may be of interest. For each visitor to our web site, our web server recognizes only the visitor's domain name, not the email address. We collect information volunteered by the visitor, such as form submittals and/or site registrations. This information is used to improve the content of our website, it is not shared with other organizations for commercial purposes. Any User who does not wish to receive further contact from Pringle Robotics should send a specific request (i.e., stating do not use or do not share or both) by email marked "Privacy-Urgent'' addressed to info@pringlerobotics.ai.

parts.pringlerobotics.ai does not sell, rent or otherwise disclose its mailing lists to third parties. Pringle Robotics reserves the right to modify this Acceptable Use Policy at any time in its sole and absolute discretion.
